Come to Mt. Angel to pray with the monks of the Abbey, receive Christ through his sacramental graces, and to “Encounter Mary” through prayer and the life experiences of our guest speakers, Julia Arndorfer, Lisa Juilfs, Mary Miksch, and Laura Patton.

Retreat Schedule: Check-in starts on Friday at 3:00 pm. Retreat begins with vespers with the Benedictine community at 5:15 pm and concludes on Sunday after lunch in the community. Throughout the weekend, there is time for silence, personal prayer on the peaceful Abbey grounds, liturgical prayer with the monks, confession, meals, and social time with other retreatants, interspersed with talks by our fellow sisters designed to aid your personal encounters with Mary.

Retreat fee of $395 provides all meals, individual room lodging, and retreat materials. Fee assistance is available upon request. Please do not hesitate to reach out. Married Couples Retreat:

Called to Love

Join us this fall at the beautiful Oregon coast for Sacred Path: Called to Love – A Retreat Weekend for married couples – to reflect on our individual relationships with God, and our marriage vocation and call to love. Our daily lives as couples are filled with personal and family needs while keeping up with busy schedules. Sacred Path offers time to share and reflect on our most important relationship and spiritual life in Christ.

Led by Tom and Kimi Tomaszek, co‐directors of The Five Loaves Apostolate and Our Lady of the Lake staff members, and Fr. Charles Zach as Spiritual Director, this weekend retreat includes engaging presentations, prayer, personal reflection time as a couple, and group fellowship. We will celebrate Sunday Mass, a Nuptial Blessing, have opportunity for individual confession, and special time to explore lovely Cannon Beach during the weekend.

The Retreat Fee is $495 per couple which includes two dinners, two breakfasts, retreat fees and two nights housing at the beautiful Cannon Beach Christian Conference Center.
