Prayer

Prayer is an expression of faith which feeds our relationship with God and opens our hearts to His will for our lives.

Pray Every Day, by Fr. John

"Everyone will probably agree that it is important to pray every day. But I will bet that most Catholics don’t make time – every day – for prayer. I think that because there were times in my life – even after I was ordained – where I would allow myself to get so busy with ministerial activity that I would let days go by and never (other than the Mass) make the time for that one-to-one connection with God. Furthermore, if a lot of Catholics admitted it, they would probably say that they aren’t sure how to spend the time, if they ever did make the time for prayer. Well, this is your lucky day! I’m going to teach you what to do."

33 Days to Eucharistic Glory

Join OLL parish in a spiritual pilgrimage. This book is offered as an "all parish" study experience; individuals and groups are invited to complete the 33 Days to Eucharistic Glory study.

The 33 Day Consecration to the Eucharist can be done as an individual, family or small group.  We will work to coordinate new small groups for those who would like to share this experience with others.  There are also opportunities to be a facilitator of the discussion in your small group.

Book of Intentions

Our Book of Intentions is located on a wooden stand near the front entrance of the church. Names listed in this book are offered up at each Mass. You are welcome to write in the names of those you want to be prayed for.
